Select candidates:analyze and select candidates based on each basic condition, present job, communicated ability, demission possibility and incentive, salary level and so on, then we filter qualified candidates;
Interview and evaluate candidates: aim at position requirements, we design skillful interview application, adopt flexible way to meet candidates through deepening talk. (5)Recommend candidates and arrange interview:
According to interview evaluation, we filter 2-3 appropriate candidates and hand in each candidate comprehensive report to clients, help clients design interview plan and observe candidates.
(6)Investigation on the candidates background:
Before employing appropriate candidates, we will research candidates reality of all information through their former colleagues (superior, subordinate, peer) and ex-position development based on agreement of candidates;
(7)Communicated service:
During our service, we keep in touch with clients and candidates in time, deal with problems of research, employment, salary and welfare. Assist candidates with demission and register consultation;
(8)Successional service:
Keep close contact with clients, assist clients and candidates with dealing possible unadapted difficulties in probation period; track registered candidates, to know their work representation and enterprise's evaluation; we guarantee to obey contracts and continue to recommend candidates. |
